Location

 Welkom is one of the few cities worldwide that was completely pre-planned and it benefits from an ease of flow of traffic. Suburbs have their own shopping and commercial centres and residents seldom have more than a 10 minute walk to reach them.

Directions:

From Johannesburg; N1 to Kroonstad. Branch off onto the R34 at Kroonstad. Enter Welkom. Go around first circle and exit circle on right. Go through next 3 circles. Welkom Hotel on your right just before the next circle.

From Bloemfontein; From the N1 take the R34 to Brandfort, Theunissen, then Welkom.. Enter Welkom by turning right into Stateway. Welkom Inn is on your left at the first circle.
